The changes to SCRA will include a Terms of Use Agreement that will be mandatory for all users. In Single Record Requests, users will be required to accept the Terms of Use Agreement each time they run a search. In Multiple Record Requests, users will have to agree to the most recent version of the Terms of Use Agreement. For new accounts, users will have to accept the Terms of Use upon account creation. For existing users, after logging into their account, the system will check to see if the user has accepted the most recent version of the Terms of Use Agreement. If the user has not, they will be prompted to do so, and if the user has, they will be able to bypass this process. Please see the SCRA User Guide for further details.

Also included in this release, SCRA will be strictly enforcing the formatting guidelines for uploading Request Files in Multiple Record Request. Any files that deviate from the format provided in the User Guide will be rejected and will fail to upload. Please see the SCRA User Guide - Formatting the Request File for further details.
